    Whether or not your agent works full time in this capacity or divides their attention between more than one job should help you determine potential pitfalls or conflicts and his or her commitment to your real estate goals. The number of years a person has been in the real estate business doesn't necessarily reflect the level of service you can expect, but it's a good place to start your discussion.   2. Do you have a personal assistant, someone equally as committed to meeting my real estate goals. A team or staff to handle different parts of the transaction? How will each of them help me in my transaction, why is that important to me and how do I communicate with them?
